• Days: Wednesdays & Fridays
• Location: Moorefield Station Elementary School
• Game Schedule: TBD - shared once the league releases it

Player Requirements

Every player must bring the following to every practice and game:

Uniforms: League-issued jersey and shorts. Optional gear at NFL Flag Shop.

Team Rules

1. Be on time - practice starts on time, not when you arrive
2. Bring all required gear (flag belt, mouthpiece, water, cleats)
3. Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, and referees at all times
4. No unsportsmanlike conduct - we win and lose with class
5. Practice attendance is mandatory - notify Coach Justin in advance if you must miss
6. Listen when coaches are talking - practice time is limited
7. Give 100% effort - talent is great, but effort is a choice
8. Have fun - enjoy the game
9. Parents: stay positive on the sidelines - let coaches coach
10. Parents: communicate absences and schedule conflicts early
