This privacy policy describes how the Dolphins flag football team ("we", "us", "Coach Justin Floyd") collects, uses, and protects information provided by parents and guardians ("you") through our team communication system.
When you text our team number, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages. We use this information solely to provide team updates, answer your questions, and manage team logistics (practice schedules, game reminders, snack sign-ups).
Your phone number and messages are used exclusively for Dolphins team communication. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties. Your information is never used for marketing or advertising purposes unrelated to the team.
Messages are processed by our automated team assistant and are not stored permanently. Phone numbers are retained only for the duration of the current season to facilitate team communication.
Our SMS service is provided by Microsoft Azure Communication Services. Messages are transmitted through their infrastructure subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact Coach Justin directly at [email protected] or (205) 246-7776 to be removed.
Our service communicates with parents and guardians, not directly with children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.
